 48 Hours Preparation & Filing. We promise to prepare your documents and to email them (or mail them if necessary) to you within 48 business hours (two business days) after you complete your order. For example, if you order your documents on Monday, they would leave our office no later than Wednesday. If you order them on Thursday, they would leave our office no later than Monday. If you want us to also file the documents for you, we promise to initiate the filing process in the same amount of time, 48 business hours. Please note that the response times of government agencies and courts differ from state to state and also depend on the legal procedure involved. Those times are not covered by this guarantee.

  48 Days Free Revision. We promise to revise the documents you order for free, for 48 days. From the day you receive your documents, you have 48 days to review them, and, because your circumstances changed or for other reasons, you may ask us to make changes to your documents for free. Please note that when we also file your documents for you, this guarantee does not apply if the government agency or the court accepted your documents or when you had a chance to review the documents before we filed them (e.g., trademark application); this is especially true when you actually accomplished your goal, as for example incorporating your business or filing an application for trademark registration. Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply to trademark search services and to the search report we send you after we conduct the trademark search you ordered.

  48 Days Return Policy. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If after you receive and review your document, such as a Will or a LLC Operating Agreement,  you are not completely satisfied, we would appreciate the chance to remedy the situation. However, if for whatever reason you just want to return the documents to us, just do that, and add a signed statement, indicating that you did not and will not copy or use the documents in any way. We will refund 100% of the dollar amount you paid us. Please note that when we also file your documents for you, this guarantee does not apply if the government agency or the court accepted your documents, or when you had a chance to review the documents before we filed them (e.g., trademark application); this is especially true when you actually accomplished your goal, as for example, incorporating your business or filing an application for trademark registration. Furthermore, we cannot offer any guarantee for the outcome of a legal procedure. For example, we cannot offer you a guarantee that your trademark registration application will not be rejected by the USPTO because, for example, the USPTO examiner believes that your trademark conflicts with other trademark(s), or, that the examiner will not request you to make changes to your application, such as changes to your description of goods or services. In addition, this return policy does not apply to trademark search services and to the search report we send you after we conduct the trademark search you ordered.
